About Me

My name is Anna and my passion for pilates began in my early twenties when I started practising it as part of my own core stability training.

I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and am now a fully certified matwork instructor with additional qualifications in ante and post natal pilates. I work hard to ensure that my skills are constantly evolving in order to deliver the most up to date pilates research.
